Sequence Break in Quest

My friend and I got back into the game and got sequence stuck on the final Earthrise quest "Reclaiming Earthrend", we cleared out all the anubian troops but in the wrong order, killing the commander and general before the 3 captains, and now the general won't spawn and we can't finish the quest, I know it's near 4am so none of the Sages are online but does anyone know a fix I can do for this? We're just sitting in the instance with nothing to do. I tried leaving through the well and re-entering but that didn't fix it.
