Character limit

It says on page this game is fan-made for fun not profit. However I wanna play one of each race and it won't let me. It says I can't have anymore characters but can buy extra slots at a shop (up to 8 slots) That still won't be enough to fun around with every race. Can you increase the slots or add multiple servers? I was also gonna try creating multiple accounts but the link accounts thing said I can't have multiple accounts... so would I get in trouble for creating more accounts? Do extra character slots cost real money?
