Alright. This should have been done when the website went live, but, somehow we overlooked it. Anyway, this thread is for general game problems. Have an account and/or a registration key but can't get ingame? Post a message in this thread and we'll see what we can do to help you with your problem!
In order to best assist you, though, all we ask is that you give us as much information about your problem as possible. This way we can try and narrow the field as much as we can so that we can hopefully get you ingame.
Edit: This thread was originally created so players could post their technical problems somewhere as at the time the thread was made, players were unable to create new threads for their various issues. While the above information is indeed still accurate, now that players can now create their own threads (a permission issue prevented this previously and it has been fixed), we ask players to please create a new topic for your specific issues and we will do our best to reply to them as we are able.
