"Account Not Found"

I've been getting the same message since 4/23 when I got kicked from the server.  I remember there being a slight lag when killing an NPC (I hope I don't get lag killed when I'm able to get back in) before the server went out on me.  I've also been getting the same message about "Account Not Found".  I've had the login set for remembering my screen name and my password is fairly simple (think HP Lovecraft and an elder god that looks like a squid).  I've been spelling it right, no errors or deviations, nothing out of the norm.  So far this is getting frustrating beyond belief.  

Is this something that can be rectified on the sage's end or something???
