Just trying to figure out why I am unable to get a key. I created the account for the site/forum then attempted to retrieve a key. I had same u/n and pwd of forum and added same town name I chose for forum creation but when I hit submit - it takes me to a 500 error page. Due to this - I felt maybe I needed to use values that differed from the forum acct creation but same issue.
