Hi, im hoping someon could help me solve my problem.
Well i got a new laptop but the game wont open. So it downloads fine and i made sure to download valkals shadow, however when the download is finished and i click on the EE icon to try to open the game nothing happens. Ive already updated my comp and did a troubleshoot for campatibilty and i also did a troubleshoot for my internet and devices but nothing was wrong. I uninstalled and installed again but the problem still persists. Im running windows 10 if thats of any help. Anyways Thx in advance. I really wanna get back to playing this game
